We’re are looking for a detail-oriented IT Operator to join our team on behalf of one of our major clients in the banking industry.

In this role you will play a critical part in maintaining our computer systems and ensuring smooth daily operations. Your responsibilities will include executing scheduled jobs, monitoring system performance and providing first-level support to users.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute EODs/Batch jobs as scheduled, troubleshooting any issues that arise during execution.
• Support the monitoring process of the banks systems, ensuring prompt identification, logging, and escalation of IT incidents through set procedures
• Performing EOD’s in UAT/INT systems, ensuring that they are updated and available to users on time for test purposes.
• Providing 1^st level support to users and assist in resolving inquiries

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology or equivalent
• Work experience in an Operators related role  (1-2 years)
• Excellent computer literacy
• Very good command of English language
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work on 24/7 rotation shifts
