Αναζητούμε έναν ταλαντούχο IT Operations Engineer εκ μέρους ενός από τους σημαντικότερους πελάτες μας στον τομέα του finance/διαχείρισης δανείων.

Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες

• Εκτέλεση, παρακολούθηση και υποστήριξη BAU, EOD και ad-hoc flows
• Ανάπτυξη, συντήρηση και βελτιστοποίηση αυτοματισμών (scripts, orchestrated flows, scheduled tasks)
• Εκτέλεση ελέγχων υγείας συστημάτων και παρακολούθηση KPIs
• Τroubleshooting σε ροές παραγωγής, integrations, automations και database tasks
• Δημιουργία και συντήρηση αναφορών σχετικών με flows, συστήματα και operational metrics
• Deployment σε μεγάλα συστήματα (enterprise environments) για system upgrade, system patching, SSIS packages, automations, scripts και DB changes
• Συνεργασία με Development, Infrastructure και Business teams για την επίλυση προβλημάτων και τον βελτιωμένο σχεδιασμό ροών
• Τήρηση διαδικασιών, τεκμηρίωση και ενημέρωση operational runbooks

Απαιτούμενα Τεχνικά Skills

• SQL Server
• SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services)
• PowerShell
• Automation & Orchestration
• System Health Monitoring
• Reporting

• Βασική γνώση scripting languages (Python, Bash)
• Εμπειρία σε CI/CD pipelines
• Κατανόηση enterprise integrations & dataflows

Soft Skills

• Αναλυτική σκέψη και ικανότητα root-cause analysis σε incidents
• Οργάνωση, προτεραιοποίηση και τήρηση SLAs
• Προσαρμοστικότητα σε AD-HOC αιτήματα και αλλαγές προτεραιοτήτων
• Άριστη συνεργασία με cross‑functional ομάδες
