We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join the core team of a European organization based in Bratislava, Slovakia. The successful candidate will play a key role in bridging business needs and IT solutions, contributing to complex, high-impact digital initiatives in an international and multicultural environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead business requirements elicitation, analysis, and validation, ensuring alignment with project objectives

• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to define and document business processes, KPIs, and functional requirements

• Analyze existing business processes and propose process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

• Translate business requirements into clear and detailed functional and technical specifications for IT teams

• Perform business model and process analysis to support solution design

• Work closely with technical and development teams to ensure requirements are correctly implemented

• Create, maintain, and manage project documentation, including requirements specifications, user stories, and process diagrams

• Manage and prioritize the product backlog, participate in iteration and release planning, and actively contribute to Agile ceremonies

• Develop and maintain Requirements Management Plans and Traceability Matrices, ensuring full coverage of requirements throughout the project lifecycle

• Support and participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), validating that delivered solutions meet business needs

• Assist in training and knowledge-transfer activities

• Demonstrate Product Owner–level skills where required

• Ensure that all activities fully comply with regulatory and governance requirements, including the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy

Required Qualifications & Skills

• University degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field

• Minimum 8 years of experience in Business Analysis or closely related roles

• Proven experience in requirements development and management across the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

• Hands-on experience working on IT and digital transformation projects

• Proven experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and solution validation with business requirements.

• Strong knowledge of business analysis methodologies, techniques, and best practices

• Solid experience in AI-related projects or solutions

• Ability to translate complex business needs into structured and actionable requirements

• Experience working in Agile environments, including backlog management and iterative delivery

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills

• Ability to build strong, collaborative relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project teams

• English: Excellent level (spoken and written) – mandatory

Nice to Have / Certifications

• PMI Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA®)

• IIBA Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP®)

• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent Agile certification (highly desirable)
