We are seeking an experienced Power Platform Developer to support the development, maintenance, and enhancement of enterprise data management, reporting, and business applications within a global public-sector environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with established coding standards, design guidelines, templates, and digital accessibility requirements.
- Develop and enhance data visualization solutions for portfolio management portals, based on provided specifications and documentation.
- Maintain and improve data management layers supporting business intelligence and reporting solutions.
- Perform functional testing across the application landscape and resolve identified issues.
- Design, develop, and test mobile-responsive layouts for public-facing reports.
- Produce and maintain technical documentation for all developed solutions.
- Model, create, and modify data pipelines within the enterprise data platform.
- Implement and manage data views according to approved data schemas and governance guidelines.
- Apply WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards across all deliverables.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize Microsoft Power BI solutions.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance Microsoft Power Apps applications.
- Develop and manage Microsoft SharePoint Lists and related integrations.
- Deliver requirements using agreed reporting, analytics, and application development platforms.
- Provide clear technical recommendations, outlining advantages, disadvantages, risks, and impacts on cost, schedule, and maintenance.
- Independently navigate and utilize Microsoft 365 and Azure services.
- Effectively manage work through collaborative digital workspaces and project tools.
- Stay informed of emerging technologies and industry developments relevant to the platform ecosystem.
- Proactively identify improvements, resolve issues, and manage assigned work with minimal supervision.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure successful delivery and user adoption.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
- Strong experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, and Azure services.
- Experience in data modelling, ETL processes, and data pipeline development.
- Knowledge of enterprise reporting and dashboard development.
- Experience implementing accessibility standards, particularly WCAG 2.1 AA.
- Strong understanding of application design principles and user experience considerations.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote and international environment.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Languages
- Expert knowledge of spoken and written English.
- Basic knowledge of French is considered an asset but is not mandatory.
