We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our team and contribute to the successful delivery of business transformation and digital initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Prepare high-quality Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs).
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business users, product owners, and technical teams, to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented.
- Support solution design, process improvements, and business process optimization.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test scenario creation, defect tracking, and business sign-off.
- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and requirements validation sessions.
- Ensure delivered solutions align with business objectives and operational needs.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst.
- Strong knowledge of Procurement, Supply Chain, or Materials Management processes.
- Hands-on experience creating BRDs, FRDs, and managing UAT activities.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience working in Agile and/or Waterfall environments.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
Essential Skills
- AI competence is essential, including the ability to leverage AI tools to improve business analysis, documentation, process optimization, and productivity.
- Strong documentation and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with process mapping and requirements elicitation techniques.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar.
- Relevant Business Analysis certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) is an advantage.
