We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our team and contribute to the successful delivery of business transformation and digital initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Prepare high-quality Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs).
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business users, product owners, and technical teams, to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented.
• Support solution design, process improvements, and business process optimization.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test scenario creation, defect tracking, and business sign-off.
• Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and requirements validation sessions.
• Ensure delivered solutions align with business objectives and operational needs.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst.
• Strong knowledge of Procurement, Supply Chain, or Materials Management processes.
• Hands-on experience creating BRDs, FRDs, and managing UAT activities.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience working in Agile and/or Waterfall environments.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.

Essential Skills

• AI competence is essential, including the ability to leverage AI tools to improve business analysis, documentation, process optimization, and productivity.
• Strong documentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with process mapping and requirements elicitation techniques.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar.
• Relevant Business Analysis certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) is an advantage.
