We are expanding our team and are looking for SAP Operations Consultants at both Mid-Level and Senior levels to support and enhance our SAP landscape. If you have strong SAP operational experience, excellent problem-solving skills, and enjoy working in a collaborative environment, we’d like to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational support for SAP systems and business users.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve SAP incidents and service requests.
• Analyze business issues and implement effective SAP solutions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure system stability and continuous improvement.
• Support system enhancements, configuration changes, and deployments.
• Participate in testing activities, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), where required.
• Maintain documentation of processes, configurations, and operational procedures.
• Ensure compliance with internal standards, SLAs, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience working with SAP in an operational support or consulting role.
• Good understanding of SAP business processes and system functionality.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with incident management, troubleshooting, and end-user support.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).

Mid-Level Profile

• 2–5 years of SAP operations or support experience.
• Ability to manage operational issues with limited supervision.
• Experience supporting one or more SAP modules.

Senior Profile

• 5+ years of SAP operations or consulting experience.
• Strong expertise in SAP support, incident management, and process optimization.
• Experience leading complex operational issues and mentoring junior team members.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Mid-Level: €1,600–€1,900 gross/month.
  • Senior: €2,000–€2,500 gross/month.
