We are currently seeking a talented IT Project Manager on behalf of one of our major clients in the Banking sector.

Location: Athens, Greece

Seniority: 5+ years of relevant experience

Salary range: 2600 – 3100 euros gross

Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of complex technology and business transformation initiatives. The role involves managing scope, budget, timelines, stakeholders, risks, and project teams to ensure successful business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead projects from initiation through closure.
• Define scope, schedule, budget, governance, and resource plans.
• Manage client relationships, stakeholder communications, and status reporting.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Business, Development, QA, Infrastructure, and Operations.
• Monitor risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation actions.
• Track project KPIs, milestones, financials, and resource utilization.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, planning workshops, and steering committees.
• Ensure delivery quality, compliance, and achievement of project objectives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT Project Management or Delivery Management experience.
• Strong stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or equivalent certification is an advantage.
