UpcoMinds is looking for an experienced Power BI Developer to join a high-impact digital transformation project for a leading organization in the Public sector.

In this role, you will collaborate with Business Intelligence, Data Engineering and business stakeholders to develop interactive dashboards, optimize data models and deliver meaningful insights that support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Create and optimize semantic data models to support business reporting needs.
• Develop Power BI dashboards that visualize AI/ML model outputs, KPIs and predictive analytics, ensuring business stakeholders can effectively interpret and leverage machine learning insights.
• Build scalable data models that integrate data from multiple enterprise sources.
• Develop and maintain Power BI Fabric reports using enterprise data platforms.
• Work closely with Data Engineering teams to ensure reliable and high-quality data for reporting.
• Optimize report performance and improve user experience.
• Validate data accuracy and ensure consistency across reports and dashboards.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related discipline.
• Master’s degree will be considered an advantage.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience developing Power BI solutions.
• Experience with AI/ML would be a strong asset
• Excellent SQL skills.
• Experience with data modeling and Data Warehousing concepts.
• Experience working with Databricks as a data source will be considered a strong advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
