We are looking for an experienced Senior iOS Developer to join our team and take ownership of the development and continuous improvement of a high-quality native iOS application.

In this role, you will work extensively with Swift and SwiftUI, building scalable and maintainable features using modern Swift Concurrency and a modular architecture. You will collaborate closely with backend and cross-functional teams to integrate APIs, authentication and third-party services, while developing secure and user-focused mobile experiences.

As a senior member of the team, you will contribute not only to feature development but also to technical design, code reviews, testing, architecture improvements, and the overall quality of the application. You will work in an Agile environment and be involved in the complete development lifecycle, including build, release, and App Store distribution.

Your responsibilities will entail:

• Own, develop and maintain the native iOS application using Swift and SwiftUI;
• Build maintainable SwiftUI features using modern Swift Concurrency, including async/await, actors, actor isolation and MainActor-aware UI development;
• Contribute to a modular codebase built with Swift Package Manager and reusable internal packages for networking, UI components and test mocks;
• Integrate backend services through the application networking and identity layers, supporting authentication and API-based customer journeys;
• Develop and maintain real-time application features using SignalR;
• Integrate and maintain identity-verification capabilities using Jumio, including liveness, NFC and localization modules;
• Develop secure device-capability journeys using camera, NFC and biometric authentication such as Face ID;
• Build and maintain reusable SwiftUI components aligned with the application design system;
• Write and maintain unit tests and UI tests, and contribute to reliable, testable software design;
• Support separate DEV, UAT and PROD application configurations, entitlements and environment-specific resources;
• Contribute to build, release and App Store distribution processes, including code signing and provisioning;
• Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions and ongoing improvements to application quality and architecture;
• Ensuring that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the continued implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.

Requirements

• University degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field;
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Swift and native iOS development;
• Hands-on experience building production iOS features with SwiftUI;
• Solid understanding of Swift Concurrency, including async/await, actors and actor isolation;
• Experience with Swift Package Manager, modular iOS applications and reusable Swift packages;
• Experience integrating backend APIs, authentication or identity services and third-party SDKs;
• Knowledge of secure token storage using the iOS Keychain;
• Experience with Xcode, Instruments and iOS debugging and performance-analysis tools;
• Experience writing unit and UI tests using XCTest and XCUITest;
• Experience with Xcode build configurations, code signing, provisioning and multiple application environments;
• Familiarity with Git-based collaborative development workflows and code reviews;
• Experience working in an Agile delivery environment;
• Strong communication, ownership and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with SignalR or another real-time communication technology;
• Experience with Jumio or another KYC or identity-verification SDK;
• Experience with NFC, camera, Face ID and secure mobile-onboarding journeys;
• Experience developing reusable SwiftUI design systems and component libraries;
• Knowledge of localization, image caching and SVG rendering on iOS;
• Experience in fintech, wallets, payments or financial-services mobile applications;
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for iOS, particularly in Azure DevOps;
• Experience managing App Store builds, signing and distribution.

Remuneration package

3400-3800€/gross monthly depending on experience
