Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced SharePoint Developer to develop, maintain, and optimize enterprise-level applications using SharePoint on-premises and Microsoft technologies.

The role involves taking ownership of an existing codebase, leading technical development activities, and collaborating with business stakeholders in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize enterprise software solutions (in SharePoint).
• Lead development teams and translate business requirements into technical designs.
• Review and refactor existing code, manage technical debt, and ensure software quality and security.
• Produce technical documentation and estimate development effort.
• Manage source control, configuration, releases, testing, and deployment.
• Integrate applications with identity providers and external systems.
• Collaborate with business owners, analysts, and testers on requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Provide second- and third-line application support.

Required Skills and Experience

• Advanced-level software development certification or internationally recognized equivalent, subject to approval by the Contracting Authority.
• Strong experience with SharePoint on-premises 2019 / Subscription Edition, SPFx, React, TypeScript, and PnPjs.
• Experience developing .NET/C# Web APIs hosted on IIS and working with SQL Server.
• Experience maintaining and evolving third-party codebases, including code reviews, refactoring, and regression testing.
• Knowledge of Azure DevOps Boards, Repos, pull requests, and Pipelines.
• Experience with REST APIs, EU Login, SAML, Microsoft Entra ID, and SharePoint performance optimization.
• Knowledge of UML, application architecture, and the full software development lifecycle.
• Experience working in Scrum teams, leading technical activities, and documenting solutions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
