About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Manual QA Engineer to join our team and contribute to the quality assurance of our software projects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and executing test plans, identifying and tracking software defects, and ensuring that project deliverables meet the defined functional requirements.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their expertise in software testing while working on international projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop test plans and test cases for different functional areas of the projects, in accordance with the respective Functional Requirements Specifications (FRS).
• Execute tests across different testing phases, including test preparation, Integration Testing, and Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT).
• Identify, document, and report software defects and inconsistencies.
• Monitor and follow up on reported defects until their complete resolution.
• Perform troubleshooting and investigate observations raised during User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Collaborate with development and project teams to ensure software quality and successful project delivery.

Requirements

• University or College Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Physics.
• At least two (2) years of experience in software testing will be considered an asset.
• Excellent command of both Greek and English, written and spoken.
• Strong command of operating systems, including Unix-based environments and Windows Server.
• Good understanding of network technologies and communication protocols.
• Familiarity with database concepts and usage, particularly Oracle DB and SQL Server.
• Good knowledge of mobile technologies and devices, including iOS and Android.
• Familiarity with Jira, Zephyr, or other testing management suites.
• Previous experience in Video Lottery Terminals (VLT) testing will be considered an asset.
• For male candidates, completed military obligations are required.
• Willingness and availability to travel internationally, as required by project needs.
