We are seeking an experienced Application Developer to join the ICT team, supporting the EUAA Operational Support Centre (C1). You will play a key role in the evolutive maintenance and development of the Operational Deployment System (ODS) and related C1 applications, including the Country Operations Platform (COP), Digital Platforms, and the Call for Expression of Interest (CEI).

Working closely with ICT Project Managers, Solution Architects, Business Analysts, Testers, Product Owners, and Business Stakeholders, you will contribute to the full software development lifecycle — from design and prototyping through to implementation, testing, and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement, and maintain ICT components including source code, unit tests, software components, design patterns, and database schemas
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyse and deliver evolutionary changes, new features, and improvements
• Provide technical support across EUAA’s Azure cloud environment, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft 365
• Create and maintain SharePoint Online site collections including custom content types, workflows, and governance policies
• Implement task automation and CI/CD pipelines for ICT projects
• Develop and implement User Interface designs in line with usability and UI guidelines
• Conduct technical and source code reviews
• Design, implement, and maintain integrations with other systems and platforms
• Produce and maintain technical documentation (architecture docs, release notes, user manuals, etc.)
• Report daily progress and keep all JIRA tickets up to date

Required Technical Skills

Backend Development

• .NET 6 or newer, C#, ASP.NET, ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Web API, Entity Framework, VB.NET

Frontend Development

• Vue.js or React
• JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap CSS, XML

Database

• Microsoft SQL Server (schemas, stored procedures, performance troubleshooting)
• Proficiency in SQL

Microsoft / Azure Ecosystem

• Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory)
• Azure App Services, Azure Blob Storage, Azure Data Lake Storage Gen 2
• Microsoft Graph API
• Azure DevOps
• SharePoint Online (enterprise-level), SPFx, PnP tools
• Microsoft 365

Other

• Web API development and system integrations
• PowerShell scripting (or equivalent)
• Unit testing (frontend and backend)
• CI/CD implementation
