We are looking for an Application Support to join our team of IT professionals on behalf of one of our major clients in the IT sector, located in Nicosia, Cyprus.

As an Application Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to users of the application deployed for a governmental project.

Responsibilities:

• Responding to user inquiries and troubleshooting technical issues related to the application.
• Providing timely and effective support to ensure minimal disruption to project operations.
• Collaborating with the development team to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
• Assisting in the testing and implementation of software updates and enhancements.
• Documenting support activities, including resolutions and user feedback.
• Participating in training sessions to enhance knowledge of the application and its functionalities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of working experience in the IT & Software Industry.
• Knowledge / Experience of working with C++, Java, JavaScript will be considered a significant advantage.
• Knowledge of software troubleshooting techniques and methodologies.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to learn.
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical & problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Fluency in Greek & English.
• Military obligations fulfilled.
