We are currently looking for 2 talented Digital Business Analysts – Banking (1 Middle and 1 Senior) on behalf of one of our major clients in the Banking sector.

Scope: We are seeking highly motivated and experienced Digital Business Analysts with a strong background in banking operations to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

Middle Level (3-5 years of experience):

  1. Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for digital initiatives, including but not limited to online banking platforms, mobile applications, and digital payment solutions.
  2. Business Process Analysis: Evaluate existing banking processes and identify opportunities for optimization and automation to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.
  3. Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics tools and techniques to extract insights from customer behavior, transactional data, and digital channels, providing recommendations for strategic decision-making.
  4. Solution Design: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and project managers, to translate business requirements into actionable solutions and technical specifications.
  5. User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Plan and execute UAT activities to ensure that digital solutions meet business requirements and deliver expected outcomes, addressing any issues or defects identified during testing.
  6. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and compliance issues related to digital initiatives, collaborating with risk management and compliance teams to implement appropriate controls and mitigation strategies.
  7. Stakeholder Communication: Maintain effective communication with stakeholders at all levels, providing regular updates on project status, milestones, and risks, and seeking feedback to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Senior Level (more than 5 years of experience):

  1. Strategic Planning: Lead the development of digital strategy and roadmap aligned with the organization’s goals and market trends, leveraging industry best practices and innovative technologies to drive competitive advantage.
  2. Business Intelligence: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of digital initiatives, conducting regular performance analysis and reporting to senior management to support data-driven decision-making.
  3. Change Management: Drive organizational change by promoting a culture of digital innovation and agility, fostering collaboration across departments, and providing guidance and support to ensure successful implementation of digital projects.
  4. Vendor Management: Evaluate and manage relationships with third-party vendors and technology partners, overseeing the selection, negotiation, and implementation of digital solutions to ensure alignment with business requirements and quality standards.
  5. Thought Leadership: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory developments in the banking sector, sharing insights and best practices with internal teams and contributing to thought leadership initiatives.
  6. Mentorship and Training: Coach and mentor junior analysts, providing guidance on business analysis methodologies, industry standards, and professional development opportunities to foster their growth and career advancement within the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Solid understanding of banking products, services, and regulatory requirements.
  • Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques, including process modeling, data analysis, and requirements elicitation.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with Agile methodologies and project management frameworks (e.g., Scrum) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with digital banking platforms, APIs, and emerging technologies (e.g., AI, blockchain) is highly desirable.
