We are looking for an experienced ICT Project & Delivery Coordinator to join our team in Warsaw on a hybrid working model. The role focuses on coordinating ICT delivery activities, engaging with infrastructure and technical teams, managing stakeholders and suppliers, and ensuring technical readiness, governance, reporting and smooth transition into service.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate ICT projects and technical initiatives throughout the delivery lifecycle.

• Coordinate activities across infrastructure and technical teams to ensure delivery readiness.

• Engage with ICT infrastructure teams covering networks, cloud/data centres, databases, IAM, workplace services, cybersecurity, monitoring and operations.

• Track project schedules, milestones, actions, decisions, dependencies and changes.

• Coordinate technical dependencies and ensure that deliverables, scope and acceptance criteria are clearly defined.

• Facilitate communication between technical teams, management, business stakeholders and external suppliers.

• Support supplier engagement, procurement activities, Proofs of Concept (PoCs) and ICT contract implementation.

• Support ICT service management, operational readiness, change management and transition to service.

• Prepare project governance materials, status reports, documentation and management updates.

• Identify risks, issues, dependencies and delivery constraints and coordinate appropriate actions.

• Contribute to continuous improvement of ICT delivery and coordination processes.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of professional experience coordinating ICT projects or technical initiatives in a similar position.

• Proven experience coordinating at least 2 ICT infrastructure projects or initiatives involving multiple technical domains.

• Experience coordinating dependencies across at least 3 of the following areas:

  • Network

  • Cloud / Data Centre

  • Databases

  • Identity & Access Management (IAM)

  • Endpoint / Workplace Services

  • Cybersecurity / Architecture

  • Monitoring

  • Service Operations

• Strong knowledge of the ICT project lifecycle, governance and delivery methodologies, including PM² or an equivalent methodology.

• Good understanding of ICT infrastructure domains, including networks, cloud/data centres, databases, IAM, workplace services, monitoring and operations.

• Good knowledge of project planning and control tools, including schedules, milestones, action logs, decision logs, dependency logs and change logs.

• Good understanding of ICT service management, change management, operational readiness and transition to service.

• Proven experience in stakeholder, supplier and contract coordination within an ICT environment.

• Ability to translate business needs into clear technical coordination actions, scope, deliverables and acceptance criteria.

• Experience supporting supplier engagement, procurement documentation, Proofs of Concept (PoCs) and/or implementation of ICT contracts.

• Practical experience with project and service-management tools such as Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, Jira, MS Project, Microsoft Planner or equivalent.

• Strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Excellent communication, facilitation, reporting and documentation skills.

• Proactive attitude and ability to work effectively with technical teams, managers, business stakeholders and external suppliers.

• Ability to coordinate multiple activities and stakeholders while maintaining focus on delivery, quality and deadlines.

• At least one relevant professional certification:

  • PM² or equivalent

  • PRINCE2 or equivalent

  • PMP or equivalent
