- Keep evidence of all DR tests (partial and annual).
- Keep up to date the DR Handbook, addressing the respective processes and in collaboration with the Group IT Operations & Application departments. Execute tabletop exercises accordingly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure recovery, resilient, secure, and high-performing banking platforms and infrastructure—hosted both in data centers and public clouds.
- Lead root-cause investigations and complex troubleshooting efforts, ensuring long-term resolution strategies that improve DR process.
- Ensure adherence to SLAs and compliance with Group IT security policies.
- Champion the use of ITSM tools (e.g., CMDB, Lansweeper, Planview) to validate and update DR Plan.
- Work closely with Group IT and subsidiaries to deliver standardized and scalable IT operations and contribute to long-term IT strategy execution.
