We’re on the lookout for passionate and motivated IT Support Technicians to join our dynamic team and provide technical support to various Ministries, Departments and Services of the Public Sector.

What You’ll Do:

💻 Install & Troubleshoot: Help install and fix IT hardware, software and network systems (desktops, printers, wireless networks, etc.).
🖨️ Peripheral Devices: Set up and maintain devices like printers & scanners.
🔧 On-Site Support: Provide hands-on troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
🔄 Router & System Management: Configure routers and perform system updates, including Windows installations and customizations.
📧 Microsoft Office Support: Resolve issues with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
🌐 Account Management: Manage Active Directory and email account problems (Domino/Exchange).
💻 Software Installs: Help with software installations (antivirus, drivers, browsers, etc.).
🔍 Problem Solving: Investigate and escalate unresolved issues to suppliers when needed.
📅 User Support: Understand user needs and update equipment & system software.

What We’re Looking For:

🎓 Education:

Diploma (2 years) or Degree in Computer Science (2 years) or a related field or graduate from a Technical & Vocational School in Electrical/Electronic Applications.

💡 Essential Skills:
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks.

💡 Plus Skills (is a plus):

• Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware and software issues.
  • Experience with Windows installations and network configurations.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Active Directory

🗣️ Languages: Fluent in Greek & English (written & spoken).
