We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Java Engineer to join our growing team on behalf of one of our leading clients in the tech sector. This is an excellent opportunity for a talented Software Engineer who is passionate about building robust, scalable, and modern applications using frameworks like Quarkus and Springboot for building cloud-native applications. This is a unique opportunity for candidates wishing to step up into Leading positions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise Java applications ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability. (Java 8-Java 17)

• Build applications with Quarkus or Springboot frameworks.

• Create and maintain RESTful and SOAP APIs, ensuring seamless system communication.

• Integrate with third-party systems and support middleware development for efficient data exchange.

• Participate in code reviews, follow best software engineering practices, and ensure code quality.

• Use Docker, Kubernetes, and Jenkins to manage CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.

• Monitor application performance and resolve issues related to latency, availability, and scalability.

• Guide and mentor junior engineers, contributing to a knowledge-sharing and collaborative environment.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional experience in Java development.

• Proficiency in Java Jakarta Edition, up to version 21.

• Solid experience with Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Hibernate, and J2EE architecture.

• Expertise in building applications using Gradle or Maven.

• Experience with Quarkus frameworks will be appreciated.

• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools, including Docker and Kubernetes.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
