We are looking for a Junior Business Analyst to join our team on behalf of one of our major clients.

Responsibilities:

• Business analysis to identify requirements and client’s business processes
• Bridge the gap between business and development teams, ensuring seamless communication and foster collaboration between business and IT departments to deliver optimal solutions
• Develop and execute test plans for User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Oversee the implementation of technical business projects and solutions
• Create, revise, and apply scenarios for integration tests
• Provide relevant documentation (policies, procedures, etc)

Skills/Requirements:

• At least 1 year of professional experience as a Business Analyst preferably in the banking industry
• BSc in Information Technology, or related field
• Strong analytical and synthetical thinking regarding data processing and interpretation
• Team player; excellent communication, listening and influencing skills
• Results oriented and able to achieve goals within time and quality specifications
• Excellent knowledge of MS Suite, (Excellent knowledge of MS Excel)
• Very good knowledge and experience in SQL
• Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Any certification in investment products is highly valued
• Completed military obligations
