We are currently looking for a talented Junior Manual Tester for one of our major clients in the Fintech sector.

Location: Athens, Greece

Mode: Hybrid

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute manual test cases based on project requirements and specifications.
• Identify, document, and report bugs and defects using bug tracking tools.
• Participate in test planning, test case creation, and test execution.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other QA team members to understand features and test requirements.
• Retest resolved issues and perform regression testing.
• Maintain clear and detailed test documentation.
• Help ensure software quality through all stages of the development lifecycle.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Basic understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., Jira).
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in the QA field.
