We are currently looking for a talented Manual Tester for one of our major clients in the Technology sector.

Scope: We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive junior Manual Tester to join the dynamic team of our client. As a junior Manual Tester, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of the digital platforms, including e-commerce websites and connected touchpoints. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare test scenarios, execute testing lifecycles, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) preparation. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in software quality assurance within a fast-paced digital environment.

Responsibilities:

• Execute Testing Lifecycles: Perform end-to-end manual testing of digital platforms and their associated touchpoints to identify, document, and track defects.
• Prepare Test Scenarios: Develop comprehensive test scenarios and test cases for new features, ensuring they meet the defined requirements and business goals.
• Defect Management: Identify, report, and track issues using Atlassian tools like Jira; work closely with developers and stakeholders to orchestrate communication for timely issue resolution.
• UAT Preparation: Prepare systems and environments for User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test data setup and coordination with relevant teams.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2 years of relevant experience in Manual Testing
• Understanding of Digital and eCommerce Capabilities: Familiarity with digital platforms, eCommerce websites, and their associated functionalities.
• Experience with Atlassian Tools: Hands-on experience with Atlassian tools such as Jira for defect tracking, task management, and project collaboration.
• Attention to Detail: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an excellent eye for detail.
• Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Team Player: Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
