We are currently seeking a talented Manual Tester/Functional Analyst on behalf of one of our major clients in the Banking sector.

Location: Athens, Greece

Working model: hybrid

Seniority: 1-3 years

Salary range: 1500 – 1750 euros gross

Duties/Responsibilities:

– Develop test plans aligned with User Stories and Project Milestones

– Create test scenarios aligned with customer demands

– Conduct manual test cases and assessing outcomes

– Execute Integration and Regression test

– Report issues/defects

– Monitor software defects and customer issues, oversee their resolution, and re-test post-resolution

– Collaborate with the Development and Support teams to diagnose issues and extract pertinent information from system

iOS – Android testing

Project areas for testing:

Mobile app

Web banking

Chatbot functionalities

E-banking appointments functionality
