We are currently seeking a talented PMO Support Consultant on behalf of a major intergovernmental European organisation.
Mode of working: on-site in Luxembourg
Seniority: 3+ years of experience in the requested field
Education: University degree in IT, or any related field
Language: excellent knowledge of English language
Responsibilities:
- Performance of the monthly reporting according to a high standard
- Performance of activities in line with PMO monthly routines calendar and raise any issues in due time
- Maintenance, improvement and automation of PMO artefacts and tools according to a high standard
- Enhance, maintain, regularly update and test the resource management tool
- Performance of PMO supports BAU tasks as defined internally and reflected in service description
- Ensuring that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the continued implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy
Requirements:
- University degree in IT, or any related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles, supporting projects’ portfolio management function in financial institutions and/or capital markets (experience in banking will also be considered)
- Experience in providing consolidated reporting on a portfolio level to senior management
- Mandatory experience in using MS office tools, such as Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point
- Experience in tools for presentations (e.g., ThinkCell, Power User BI, Tableau, etc.) or programming languages (e.g. Python, VBA, etc.) is a plus
- Experience and very good knowledge of collaboration tools, such as SharePoint and Teams
- Experience in process analysis and automation is a plus
- Experience acting as a project controlling
- Good knowledge of working in projects and coordination activities
- Theoretical knowledge of waterfall and agile methodologies
- Experience in estimating, forecasting, actuals tracking, project reporting
- Ability to document clear and complete stakeholder requirements and represent in the form of visual material
- Ability to analyse and create workflows
- Excellent knowledge of the English language
