We are looking for a talented Software IT Support Professional to join our team of IT specialists on behalf of one of our major clients.

📍 On-site role in Kifisia

🔧 What You’ll Do

• Provide daily IT support and manage internal users’ requests through a ticketing system
• Identify and troubleshoot “problems” or “incidents” efficiently
• Monitor and resolve 2nd-level issues within defined SLAs
• Collaborate closely with external vendors and IT partners
• Maintain and enhance SharePoint sites and digital workflows
• Design, maintain, and optimize automated workflows using Power Automate
• Support the development of applications in Power Apps and dashboards in Power BI
• Participate in digital transformation initiatives and document IT procedures
• Document internal processes and promote best practices for collaboration tools

🎯 Requirements

• Degree/diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Strong knowledge of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive)
• Familiarity with the Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI)
• Excellent analytical thinking, strong problem-solving abilities, and clear communication skills
• Fluency in Greek and English
