We are seeking a Mid-Level Pre-Sales Sales Engineer to join our growing team. This hybrid role is ideal for a technically adept professional with a strong understanding of enterprise IT solutions and a minimum of three years’ experience in pre-sales or technical consulting. You will play a key role in engaging clients, crafting tailored solutions, and supporting the sales process with deep technical insight.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead technical discussions with clients to uncover business challenges and translate them into tailored technical solutions.

Design and deliver impactful product presentations and customized proposals that clearly communicate the value and business impact of the solution.

Serve as a trusted technical advisor to clients throughout the pre-sales lifecycle, helping guide decisions with expert-level insight.

Work closely with sales, engineering, and product teams to ensure proposed solutions are technically sound, operationally feasible, and aligned with client requirements.

Conduct market and competitive research to stay current on industry trends, vendor offerings, and best practices.

Ensure proposed solutions comply with applicable regulatory, security, and business standards.

Produce clear, structured technical documentation and client-specific proposal content.
Education & Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics).

Technical certifications from relevant vendors (e.g., HPE, DELL, Microsoft, VMware, Veeam) are considered a strong asset.
Professional Experience:
-
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a pre-sales or technical consulting role, ideally with a systems integrator or IT vendor.

Proven experience working in enterprise environments, across either private or public sectors.

Solid understanding of enterprise IT architectures, systems integration, and infrastructure platforms.

Practical experience with technology stacks and solutions from vendors such as HPE, DELL, Microsoft, VMware, and Veeam.

Demonstrated ability to create professional technical documentation and solution proposals.

Native-level Greek speaker with excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
