We are currently seeking a talented Project Manager (mid-level) on behalf of one of our major clients in the FinTech sector.

Location: Athens, Greece

Working model: hybrid

Salary range: 2600 – 3100 euros gross

Key Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager.
• Experience may come from Banking, FinTech, or IT Services/Technology companies.
• Ability to manage cross-functional projects with stakeholders across the organization.
• Experience coordinating projects that have organization-wide impact and interaction with multiple business units.
• Strong knowledge and practical experience in Waterfall project management methodology.
• Proven skills in project planning, execution, monitoring, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
• Comfortable working in a structured corporate environment and managing multiple stakeholders.
• Banking or FinTech experience is considered a plus, but not mandatory.
• Preference for mid-level profiles rather than highly senior candidates.
• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.

Nice-to-Have

• Exposure to digital transformation, operational, business, or IT projects.
• Experience working with large organizations or enterprise environments.
• Relevant project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) would be an advantage
