Αναζητούμε μία/έναν ταλαντούχο QA – Functional Tester εκ μέρους ενός από τους σημαντικότερους πελάτες μας στον τραπεζικό κλάδο.

Μορφή εργασίας: on–site (Αθήνα, Μαρούσι)

Εμπειρία: τουλάχιστον 2 χρόνων

Έναρξη: το συντομότερο δυνατό

Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες:

• Συνεργασία με business analysts, product managers και developers για κατανόηση απαιτήσεων και μετατροπή τους σε test scenarios
• Ανάπτυξη και εκτέλεση UAT test plans, test cases και test scripts για digital banking εφαρμογές
• Αναγνώριση, καταγραφή και παρακολούθηση defects (JIRA/ALM/TestRail) και συντονισμός επίλυσης με την ομάδα ανάπτυξης
• Regression testing μετά από fixes ή system updates
• End-to-end testing customer journeys: account opening, transactions, payments, authentication
• Επιβεβαίωση συμμόρφωσης με τραπεζικές κανονιστικές απαιτήσεις και security policies (PSD2, GDPR, KYC, AML)
• Συντονισμός UAT sign-off με stakeholders και readiness για production deployment
• Παραγωγή test reports (defect trends, ευρήματα, προτάσεις βελτίωσης)

Απαιτήσεις & Προσόντα:

• 2+ έτη εμπειρίας σε UAT testing (ιδανικά σε banking/financial services)
• Εξοικείωση με online/mobile banking και payment systems
• UAT methodologies & best practices, εμπειρία σε web/mobile/API testing
• Προϋπηρεσία με test management εργαλεία (π.χ. JIRA, HP ALM, TestRail)
• Καλή κατανόηση compliance & security πρακτικών σε digital banking

Nice-to-have:

• Εμπειρία σε digital payments (SWIFT, SEPA, real-time payments)
• Γνώση εργαλείων automation (Selenium, Postman)
• Accessibility testing (WCAG).
