We are looking for an experienced SAP Concur Consultant to join our growing SAP Consulting team and contribute to major SAP transformation initiatives for a leading Energy Trading client operating on a new S/4HANA environment.

The ideal candidate should have approximately 5+ years of overall experience, with the ability to independently manage tasks and deliver solutions with minimal supervision.

As part of our team, you will work on large-scale SAP implementation and optimization projects, helping our clients transform their operations and maximize business performance. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and clients to deliver high-quality SAP solutions across various industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in SAP Concur implementations, including requirements gathering, system configuration, UAT support, and go-live activities
• Active participation in implementation activities — requirements gathering, system setup, UAT support, and go-live
• Configure and support Concur modules such as Expense, Travel, and Invoice
• Integrate SAP Concur with SAP S/4HANA, particularly in Finance and procurement processes
• Support end-user onboarding, policy setup, and approval workflow configuration
• Handle day-to-day support activities, including ticket resolution, user queries, and system adjustments
• Deliver Change Requests (CRs) by translating business requirements into effective Concur solutions
• Ensure compliance with Travel & Expense (T&E) policies and corporate spend regulations

Requirements

• 1–2+ years of hands-on SAP Concur experience (implementation, configuration, or support)
• Working knowledge of Concur Expense, Travel, and/or Invoice modules
• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA integration concepts
• UAT support and go-live
• Understanding of T&E processes and spend compliance, ideally in regulated industries
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
• Strong problem-solving mindset with a proactive and collaborative approach
• Fluency in English is required; Greek is considered a plus
