We are looking for a skilled Senior SAP FI Consultant to support and enhance SAP finance solutions in a live production environment. This role combines hands-on application support, continuous improvement, and close collaboration with business stakeholders in an agile, SLA-driven setup.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day application support for SAP FI in a live production environment, ensuring system stability and performance
• Manage incidents, service requests, and problem resolution within agreed SLAs
• Deliver Change Requests (CRs) end-to-end: requirements gathering, analysis, configuration, testing, and deployment
• Collaborate with finance teams to translate business requirements into scalable SAP solutions
• Support and optimize core SAP FI processes (GL, AP, AR, AA)
• Work across modules, leveraging knowledge of SAP PM and SAP RE-FX for cross-functional integrations
• Participate in testing activities (UAT support, defect analysis, resolution)
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and system enhancements
• Maintain documentation, including functional specifications and user guides

Requirements

• 6–7+ years of hands-on SAP experience in finance-focused roles
• Deep expertise in SAP FI (Financial Accounting) — core module knowledge is essential
• Proven experience supporting SAP systems in a live production environment
• Strong experience delivering and managing Change Requests (CRs) end-to-end
• Working knowledge of SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) and SAP Real Estate Management (RE-FX)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a hands-on mindset
• Ability to manage both complex issues and routine support tasks effectively
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to bridge business and technical teams
• Experience working in agile environments with client-facing responsibilities and SLA accountability

Nice to Have

• Experience in the Retail / Grocery sector
• Exposure to high-volume transactional environments
• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA landscapes
