We are looking for a skilled Senior SAP FI/CO Consultant to support and enhance SAP finance solutions in a live production environment. This role combines hands-on application support, continuous improvement, and close collaboration with business stakeholders in an agile, SLA-driven setup.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day application support for SAP FI/CO in a live production environment, ensuring system stability and performance
- Manage incidents, service requests, and problem resolution within agreed SLAs
- Deliver Change Requests (CRs) end-to-end: requirements gathering, analysis, configuration, testing, and deployment
- Collaborate with finance teams to translate business requirements into scalable SAP solutions
- Support and optimize core SAP FI processes (GL, AP, AR, AA)
- Work across modules, leveraging knowledge of SAP PM and SAP RE-FX for cross-functional integrations
- Participate in testing activities (UAT support, defect analysis, resolution)
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and system enhancements
- Maintain documentation, including functional specifications and user guides
Requirements
- University degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
- 5+ years of SAP FICO functional experience, including participation in at least two full-cycle projects, ideally in SAP S/4HANA implementations.
- Working knowledge of other SAP modules and their integrations will be considered an asset.
- Knowledge of ABAP will be considered an advantage.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform complex system analysis, root-cause investigation, and issue resolution.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to meet timelines while balancing business priorities and constraints.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
