We are looking for an experienced SAP PM / EAM Consultant to join our growing SAP Consulting team and contribute to major SAP transformation initiatives for a leading Electricity Distribution Network client operating on a new S/4HANA landscape.

The ideal candidate should have 6–7+ years of hands-on SAP experience, with the ability to independently manage tasks and deliver solutions with minimal supervision.

As part of our team, you will work on large-scale SAP implementation and optimization projects, supporting critical infrastructure operations and helping our client modernize asset management processes within a complex utility environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support SAP PM / EAM implementation and enhancement activities in an S/4HANA environment
• Configure and maintain core Asset Management components, including functional locations, equipment master data, and maintenance orders
• Design and support preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance processes aligned with utility/grid operations
• Deliver end-to-end Change Requests (CRs), including functional design, configuration, testing, and go-live support
• Provide day-to-day application support, incident resolution, and continuous system improvements
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and engineering teams to translate operational needs into SAP solutions
• Ensure seamless integration with FI/CO processes, including order settlement, asset capitalization, and cost tracking
• Support Fiori-based processes and the S/4HANA Asset Management data model

Requirements

• 6–7+ years of hands-on SAP experience with strong focus on SAP PM / SAP EAM
• Deep expertise in asset management processes and work order management
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Asset Management and Fiori applications
• Solid understanding of maintenance strategies within electricity distribution or grid operations environments
• Strong knowledge of PM integration with FI/CO modules
• Proven experience in production support and incident management
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in client-facing environments
• Fluency in English is required; Greek is considered a plus
