Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Software Engineer to lead the configuration, development, and implementation of ICT components for the EUAA Operational Support Centre (C1) . You will work across the full stack – from backend (.NET, Azure) to frontend (Vue.js/React, UI/UX implementation) – while also managing SharePoint Online, CI/CD pipelines, system integrations, and technical documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical implementation – Configure, develop, and deploy ICT components including source code, solution architecture, software components, design patterns, database schemas, and backend systems (cloud & on-premises).
- Design, prototype, develop & test – Build EUAA Operational Support Centre (C1) applications according to the prioritised backlog agreed between ICT and business.
- Technical roadmap support – Provide technical leadership for the information systems roadmap, including EUAA’s Azure cloud environment, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft 365 presence.
- SharePoint Online administration – Create and maintain site collections, custom navigational elements, content types, site columns, web part pages, workflows, retention policies, and governance policies.
- Automation & CI/CD – Implement task automation and continuous integration / continuous delivery for ICT projects.
- UI implementation – Deliver the final “look-and-feel” of the User Interface (UI).
- Technical reviews – Conduct source code reviews and ensure the application UI meets usability, functional, and client UI guidelines/standards.
- System integrations – Design, implement, test, and maintain integrations with other information systems and platforms.
- Coordination with ICT Team – Align solution architecture and software engineering with current best practices.
- Monitoring & security – Monitor usage analytics, perform security audits, and provide advice accordingly.
- Reporting – Support reporting on ICT Team activities and application status (design, development, implementation, testing).
- Documentation – Produce and maintain solution architecture documentation, operational maintenance manuals, version description documents, release guidelines, and user manuals.

Required Experience & Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of demonstrable experience in the requested field (software development, architecture, integrations)
- Mandatory EQF Level 5 (e.g., two-year post-secondary diploma, higher education degree of at least 2 years, or equivalent professional qualification)
- Proven ability to produce high-quality technical documentation and lead technical reviews
