We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Java Engineer to join our growing team for one of our clients in developing CRM software. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, testing and maintaining complex Java-based applications, with a solid experience working with Springboot framework.

This role offers a hybrid working model and the opportunity to play a key role in creating efficient, scalable, and reliable software solutions in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain Java-based enterprise applications, ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Implement microservices architectures using Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and related technologies.
• Integrate new information systems with third-party operational systems and applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create middleware solutions that enhance system communication and overall efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues related to latency, availability, and scalability.
• Develop and maintain RESTful and SOAP APIs for seamless communication between different systems.
• Apply best practices in software development, including testing, version control, and code reviews.
• Manage the software development lifecycle using CI/CD tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, and Jenkins.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and contribute to team knowledge sharing.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional experience in Java development.
• Proven experience with both legacy and modern Java versions (8-21+)
• Proven experience optimizing and scaling distributed applications running on Spring Boot Framework.
• Solid understanding of build tools (gradle, maven) and version control (git)
• Strong knowledge of HTTP and RESTful web services
• Deep knowledge of SQL database.
• Proficiency in JVM performance profiling and fine-tuning, including GC strategies
• Experience in containerization of monolithic applications and microservices architecture.
• Experience with testing tools such as Junit or Mockito.
• Technical skills in DevOps tools like Docker, Kubernetes, and Jenkins for managing the software development lifecycle (CI/CD).
• Strong problem-solving skills and experience troubleshooting latency, availability, and scalability issues.
