We are currently seeking a talented Senior QA Automation Engineer on behalf of one of our major clients in the Betting industry.

Location: Athens, Greece

Mode of working: hybrid

The selected candidate will be engaged in the following:

New implementations as per team’s backlog (the next major project is DGE which requires experience on UI testing as well as backend/API test level), performance testing (implementation of new suites on REST APIs and WebSockets), automating BAU activities (new pipelines in collaboration with the DevOps team in order to perform day to day activities automatically).

Requirements:

• Experience in Selenium, Cypress, Postman, Newman or any other automation tool
• Experience in load and stress test tools (e.g. JMeter, LoadUI, etc.)
• Coding skills and experience in JavaScript and Java
• Experience with JIRA/Bitbucket/Confluence/Bamboo and GitLab is desirable
• Working experience with Agile methodology is desirable
• Industry certifications such as (ISTQB Certified Tester, Certified Test Automation Engineer, ISTQB Agile Tester, etc.) are highly desirable
• High level of accuracy and good attention to detail
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills combined with an out-of-the-box thinking
• Effective organizational, prioritization and planning skills
• Ability to deliver results within strict timeframes
• Team spirit, creating value to the team and supporting in reaching objectives
• Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills, with experience working in an agile development environment
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to different stakeholders
• Excellent written and oral communication skills both in Greek and English
