We are currently seeking a talented Service Delivery Manager on behalf of a major EU Institution.

Location: Brussels/Luxemburg

Working model: hybrid

Salary range: 420 – 480 euros daily rate

 

 

Key Responsibilities

  • manages the service delivery process
  • oversees and directs activities of the team
  • addresses customer feedback to ensure service meets customer expectations

 

 

Requirements

  • at least a Bachelor’s degree
  • at least 6 years of professional experience in managing support services, including coordination of multidisciplinary teams, stakeholder engagement, SLA/KPI tracking, continuous service improvement, and service catalogue lifecycle management across complex environments
  • at least one of the following: ITIL, PMP (PMI), PM²
  • knowledge (spoken and written) corresponding to at least the following levels of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR): French level C2 and English level B2, or French level B2 and English level C2.
