We are currently looking for an experienced Software Developer to join our team of ΙΤ professionals on behalf of one of our major clients in ΙΤ sector.

Job Description / Key Responsibilities

The candidate will be involved with:

• User needs/requirements study
• Analysis/Design of Information Systems
• Software application development/program code
• Integration/Unification/Communication, at the file/data level, with various existing databases
• Creation of testing and verification environments
• Configuration of system operation environment/installation and (inter)connection of system to the production environment
• Development/support of web services
• Writing system User Manuals
• System user training
• Maintenance/Support of existing Information Systems using Oracle Development Tools (Forms and Reports), Microsoft.NET (Visual Studio), PL/SQL (Oracle RDΒMS), Oracle Server/weblogic 12, basic Unix commands
• Database Management (Oracle, SQLServer)

Requirements

• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field (mandatory)
• At least 4 years of experience
• Experience of at least 2 years in analysis, design and implementation of system :Oracle Forms & Reports , Oracle Database 12C or newer version, PI/SQL

or

2 years experience of Microsoft SQL Server & Microsoft .NET (Visual Studio)

• Good programming skills with a mindset of solving hard problems efficiently with creativity
• Analytical thinking & Problem-Solving Attitude
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Fluency in Greek & English
• Military obligations fulfilled
