Full Time
We are looking for an experienced Software Engineer in Test Automation to join our team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality software solutions in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Role Overview
The successful candidate will be involved in a variety of initiatives, including:
- Development of new test automation implementations based on the team’s backlog.
- Participation in major upcoming projects, including DGE, requiring strong experience in both UI test automation and backend/API testing.
- Design and implementation of performance, load, and stress testing suites for REST APIs and WebSocket-based applications.
- Automation of BAU (Business as Usual) activities through the creation of new pipelines and processes in collaboration with the DevOps team.
- Continuous improvement of testing frameworks, methodologies, and automation coverage.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in QA Automation.
- Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Postman, Newman, or similar technologies.
- Experience with load and stress testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadUI, or equivalent).
- Strong programming skills in JavaScript and Java.
- Experience with test automation frameworks and API testing methodologies.
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an innovative mindset.
- Excellent organizational, planning, and prioritization abilities.
- Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
- Strong team-oriented attitude and willingness to contribute to collective goals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English.
- Excellent collaboration skills and experience working within Agile development teams.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Nice to Have
- Experience with JIRA, Bitbucket, Confluence, Bamboo, GitLab, and CI/CD environments.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
- Industry certifications such as:
- ISTQB Certified Tester
- Certified Test Automation Engineer
- ISTQB Agile Tester
- Other relevant QA certifications

2800-3200 gross /monthly €
