Required Expertise
- 5+ years of experience administering enterprise-class storage platforms, including disk, SAN, and tape technologies, with responsibility for availability, performance, and data protection
- Hands-on experience with SAN infrastructure, including zoning, fabric monitoring, performance tuning, and troubleshooting (e.g., Brocade-based environments)
- Ability to support storage across heterogeneous environments, including Linux, Windows, UNIX and IBMi ensuring seamless OS and application integration
- Skilled in monitoring storage performance, analyzing trends, and performing capacity planning to support growth and service-level objectives
- Experience handling incidents and root-cause analysis (RCA), implementing configuration changes, and supporting upgrades in controlled enterprise environments
Preferred Experience
- Automation experience, especially IaaS (infrastructure as a code)
- Vulnerability management
