We are seeking a talented and dynamic Business Analyst to join our team and drive the alignment of business goals with cutting-edge financial solutions. This role will focus on the integration, optimization, and management of card processing systems within the Issuing & Acquisition, with an emphasis on ensuring seamless digital payment experiences and system efficiency.

Main Responsibilities:

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage actively with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to deeply understand their challenges and requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Business Requirement Documentation: Elicit, analyze, document, and validate business requirements in close collaboration with customer stakeholders.
• System Integration Support: Support the integration of various payment systems, gateways, and third-party providers into existing Issuing & Acquisition infrastructure.
• Technical Communication: Communicate with technical teams to assess the feasibility and efficiency of proposed functionalities related to digital payment systems and credit card transaction management.
• Functional Design & Test Cases: Document the functional design of the system, providing clear and comprehensive guidance for implementation and future needs. Craft detailed scenarios and user test cases to rigorously assess system functionality.
• Payment Flow Optimization: Work closely with stakeholders and technical teams to analyze, optimize, and ensure the efficiency, security, and compliance of card payment flows, both for Issuing and Acquiring businesses.
• Risk Management: Work with the implementation team to identify potential risks related to payment fraud, data security, and banking system integrity, ensuring that all solutions adhere to industry security standards.
• Industry Awareness: Stay current with industry trends, market developments, and emerging technologies that may drive organizational growth and excellence.
• Project Documentation & Support: Provide support in creating and updating project documentation as required. Participate in planning meetings, offering clarifications, and helping to set priorities for the team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Finance, Banking, Accounting, or a relevant field.
• At least 2 years of experience in business systems analysis, preferably within the financial industry.
• Experience in the Cards Ecosystem, specifically in Issuing/Acquiring (ATM/POS), Loyalty platforms, VISA/Mastercard authorization and clearing.
• Quick familiarity with central and/or regional banking systems.
• Knowledge of digital payment systems, Issuing & Acquisition businesses is a strong asset.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.).
• Demonstrated analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
• Strong teamwork and cooperative attitude, with the ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with stakeholders and technical teams.
