As part of a large-scale transformation program within a leading banking organization, the PMO Office plays a critical role in ensuring effective governance, coordination, and delivery of strategic initiatives.
We are looking for a Mid-Level PMO professional to join the team and support the successful execution of multiple projects, with a strong emphasis on stakeholder communication and presentation excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the PMO Office in managing and monitoring projects within the transformation program
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Coordinate across cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Prepare high-quality presentations for senior management and steering committees
- Track project progress and proactively identify risks and deviations
- Ensure adherence to PMO standards, methodologies, and governance frameworks
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in PMO roles
- Experience in transformation programs or complex, multi-stream projects is a strong plus
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders
- Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
- Fluency in Greek and English
