We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented FA Tester to join our team working on critical banking solutions. You will ensure the highest quality standards across our mobile app, web banking platform, chatbot, and e-banking appointment system.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive test plans aligned with User Stories and Project Milestones
• Design detailed test scenarios based on customer and business requirements
• Execute manual test cases and accurately assess test outcomes
• Perform Integration and Regression testing
• Identify, document, and report software defects with clear reproduction steps
• Monitor and track defects/customer issues through to resolution, including re-testing
• Collaborate closely with Development and Support teams to diagnose issues and gather necessary system information

Required Technologies & Skills

• Experience with Azure DevOps (test case management, bug tracking, boards)
• Strong hands-on experience in iOS and Android mobile testing
• Solid understanding of testing methodologies and best practices
