We are currently seeking a talented ΙΤ Project Manager on behalf of one of our major clients in the Banking sector.

Job Scope
The selected candidate will manage a wide range of projects, including:

• Regulatory & Compliance Initiatives (Delivery of projects driven by regulatory requirements and compliance frameworks).
• Product Development – Lending Domain (Retail and Corporate Loans, Loan transformation and offboarding to servicing entities).
• Digital Banking Initiatives (Enhancements in e-banking platforms, Mobile banking feature delivery, Customer experience improvements).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management, from initiation to closure
• Define and manage scope, timeline, budget, and risks
• Coordinate across: Business stakeholders, IT and delivery teams, External vendors (where applicable), Regulatory or external authorities
• Govern project execution and ensure compliance with internal and client frameworks
• Drive stakeholder alignment and reporting (status, risks, escalations)
• Ensure timely and high-quality delivery within agreed commercial parameter (Projects may be delivered with or without vendor involvement, requiring adaptability in governance and delivery approach).

Profile Required

• Proven experience in project management within banking or financial services
• Strong exposure to: Regulatory/compliance projects and Digital banking or lending platforms
• Ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder environments
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Certified in PMP, PRINCE2, or PM²
