We are looking for a dynamic Customer Experience & Insights professional to strengthen the customer-centric strategy of a leading banking organization. The role focuses on managing end-to-end CX operations, improving customer journeys, and leveraging data to generate actionable insights that drive business impact. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize end-to-end customer experience operations
- Design and continuously improve customer journeys to enhance overall experience
- Utilize data analytics tools to extract insights from customer feedback, surveys and user behavior data and journeys
- Analyze customer data and translate it into actionable insights for strategic decision-making
- Define, propose and analyze metrics and KPIs related to digital CX to measure performance and generate insights and actionable recommendations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Digital, Operations, Product) to deliver CX initiatives
- Champion a customer-centric culture across business units
- Present findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders and senior leadership
Required Qualifications
- 3–6 years of experience in Customer Experience, Customer Insights, or a related role (preferably in banking or financial services)
- Strong understanding of CX frameworks, journey mapping, and VoC programs
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting
- Familiarity with KPIs such as NPS, CSAT, and CES
- Proven ability to manage projects and work in cross-functional environments
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with analytics tools or CX platforms
- Background in digital products or services
- Understanding of the customer lifecycle in banking
