We are looking for a Junior Oracle Database Administrator to join our team on behalf of one of our major banking clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and upgrade Oracle database software and related products.
- Manage and monitor Oracle databases to ensure high availability and performance.
- Implement and maintain database security, including user accounts, roles, and permissions.
- Perform database tuning and optimization to enhance performance.
- Develop, implement, and maintain backup and recovery strategies.
- Monitor database performance and troubleshoot issues promptly.
- Automate routine tasks using scripting languages.
- Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to design and implement database solutions.
- Create and maintain documentation related to database configurations, procedures, and policies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
