About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Mid-Level Manual QA Tester to join our growing team. In this role, you will work closely with development teams, product managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of our banking applications and digital products.
The ideal candidate has solid experience in Quality Assurance and Manual Testing, strong analytical skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality customer experiences in regulated environments such as banking, fintech, payments, or financial services.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with software developers, product managers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand business and technical requirements and create comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scenarios.
- Execute manual testing activities to validate the functionality, quality, and reliability of banking applications and digital products.
- Identify, document, prioritize, and track defects using tools such as Jira, working closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
- Perform quality assurance checks and validate data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across applications.
- Conduct and support Functional Testing, Regression Testing, Integration Testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies and contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes, standards, and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the successful delivery of new products, features, and enhancements.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Quality Assurance and Manual Testing, preferably within banking, fintech, payments, or other regulated industries.
- Proven experience in test planning, test execution, defect management, and reporting.
- Hands-on experience with Jira or similar defect tracking and test management tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to identify, isolate, reproduce, and document software defects effectively.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with both business and technical teams.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in both Greek and English, written and spoken.
Nice to Have
- Experience testing mobile applications, web platforms, customer onboarding journeys, lending solutions, payments, or digital banking products.
- Previous involvement in digital banking, consumer finance, Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL), payments, or mobile banking projects.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Experience testing customer-facing applications as well as back-office systems.

Monthly Salary
2000-2500 gross /monthly €
