We are looking for an experienced Agentic AI Specialist to join our Technology & Digital Enablement Unit and lead the design, implementation and administration of enterprise AI-agent capabilities.

The role combines AI solution architecture and development, Microsoft platform administration, AI governance and operational support. The successful candidate will work hands-on with Microsoft 365 Copilot, Microsoft Agent 365, Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry and Power Platform, translating emerging AI capabilities into secure, scalable and practical enterprise solutions.

Key Responsibilities

AI Governance & Architecture

• Develop and implement a roadmap for the governance, deployment, adoption and lifecycle management of AI agents.
• Establish standards for agent development, testing, documentation, publishing, monitoring, review and retirement.
• Advise on AI architecture, licensing, platform configuration and build-versus-buy decisions.
• Translate strategic AI recommendations into operational processes and working configurations.

Platform Administration

• Administer Microsoft Agent 365, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio and Power Platform environments.
• Manage Dataverse, connectors, gateways, permissions, publishing, monitoring and agent lifecycle.
• Maintain the organisational Agent Store and agent catalogue.
• Develop administration procedures, operational documentation and support runbooks.
• Support platform upgrades, incidents and continuous improvement initiatives.

Agentic AI Solution Development

• Design, build, test, deploy and support enterprise AI agents using Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry and Power Platform.
• Develop both low-code and custom AI-agent solutions.
• Integrate agents with Microsoft Graph, SharePoint, Teams, Dataverse, APIs, Azure services and enterprise applications.
• Optimise solutions for performance, reliability, security and business value.

Operational Support

• Provide hands-on 2nd and 3rd line support for Copilot and AI-agent services.
• Troubleshoot platform, integration, configuration, access and performance issues.
• Manage incidents, problems, service requests and changes.
• Coordinate escalations with Microsoft and other technology providers.
• Establish support models, escalation procedures, SLAs and ownership arrangements.
• Conduct service reviews and identify opportunities for improvement.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for a technically strong and versatile professional who can operate across AI architecture, development, platform administration, governance and enterprise support.

The ideal candidate will have:

• 5+ years of progressively responsible IT experience in solution design, development, administration or technical support.
• Approximately 2+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry and Power Platform.
• Proven experience designing, building, deploying and supporting AI agents, chatbots or intelligent automation solutions.
• Strong understanding of agentic AI, generative AI, orchestration, AI-agent architecture and lifecycle management.
• Experience implementing AI governance, security, compliance, access control, monitoring and responsible AI practices.
• Experience integrating AI solutions with Microsoft Graph, SharePoint, Teams, Dataverse, APIs and enterprise applications.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical capabilities, including 2nd/3rd line enterprise support.
• Ability to rapidly adopt emerging Microsoft technologies and bring them into production environments.
• Strong stakeholder-management and communication skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into practical technical solutions.
• Ability to work independently, proactively and effectively in international and multicultural environments.
• Experience with low-code development and custom coding, including the ability to use modern AI-assisted development approaches (“vibe coding”).

Education

Essential

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Data Science or a related discipline.

Desirable

• Master’s degree in a related field.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications, such as AI-102, MS-102, PL-200, PL-400 or PL-600, or certifications related to Microsoft 365 Copilot.
• ITIL Foundation certification.

Desirable Technical Experience

Experience with any of the following will be considered an advantage:

• Azure DevOps and CI/CD for AI/model deployment and lifecycle management.
• LangChain, Semantic Kernel or similar AI-agent orchestration frameworks.
• Large-scale enterprise or international technology environments.
• Emerging Microsoft AI technologies, including Microsoft Agent 365 and newly released Copilot capabilities.
