We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team on behalf of one of our major clients in the banking industry.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading projects from initial idea through to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This role requires excellent problem-solving skills, strong leadership abilities, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and milestones.
• Coordinate and delegate tasks to team members based on their strengths and expertise.
• Make informed decisions to ensure effective project progress and delivery.
• Act as a central point of contact across multiple teams to ensure alignment and collaboration.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
• Monitor project progress and perform quality control throughout the lifecycle.
• Adjust plans and priorities based on evolving project needs and constraints.

You will be a great candidate for us if you:

• 7+ years of relevant professional experience within an established organization in Banking, or consulting industry; experience on collaborating and presenting to top management.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
• Proven experience in managing complex projects and engaging with senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English.
