About the Role
Frontex is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented ServiceNow Business Analyst to join our IT Service Management team. You will play a key role in optimizing and developing IT services using the ServiceNow platform, bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions.
This is a hands-on position focused on Service Catalogue management, business analysis, and continuous improvement of IT services in a dynamic international environment.
Key Requirements
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of professional IT experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar Business Analyst or ServiceNow-related position
Education
- EQF Level 4 or equivalent (post-secondary vocational education or higher)
Language
- Excellent command of English (C1 minimum)
Knowledge & Expertise
- Excellent understanding of IT Service Management concepts, particularly IT Service Catalogue and IT Service Request Catalogue
- Excellent practical knowledge and hands-on experience with ServiceNow Business Analysis
- Strong experience in documenting user stories and workflows
- Excellent ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications, use cases, and diagrams
- Solid experience in testing implemented solutions
- Good understanding of the management of IT services across their full lifecycle
- Good understanding of complex information systems and their interoperability
- Previous experience in end-user support is considered a strong advantage
