We are looking for an experienced IT Testing Specialist to join our team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality digital solutions within complex IT environments. The successful candidate will be responsible for test planning, automated testing, quality assurance processes, and accessibility compliance, while collaborating closely with project managers, developers, and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Use project management and testing tools to support testing activities and project delivery.
• Develop and implement test techniques, test scenarios, and automated test suites.
• Coordinate and lead testing activities for products delivered by multiple teams, ensuring compliance with project requirements and methodologies.
• Analyse test results and prepare accurate reports for Project Managers, Project Owners, and relevant stakeholders.
• Maintain quality plans and provide regular updates on testing progress, risks, and issues.
• Identify deviations, defects, and potential risks proactively, proposing corrective actions and process improvements.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing methodologies, tools, and quality assurance processes.
• Support automated testing initiatives within DevOps/DevSecOps environments.
• Ensure all activities are performed in accordance with regulatory requirements and internal compliance policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in IT testing, software evaluation, and testing methodologies/tools.
• Strong technical knowledge of software testing principles, test design techniques, and testing methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium and automated testing using Python, Java, JavaScript, or C# (.NET).
• Experience working within complex application environments and Agile/DevSecOps delivery models.
• ISTQB Certification is mandatory.
• Good understanding of project/service management methodologies such as Agile, ITIL, Prince2, PMI, PM2, RUP, or equivalent.
• Knowledge of test change control procedures and test case revision processes.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills.

Accessibility & Quality Assurance Expertise

• Strong understanding of web accessibility standards including WCAG 2.1/2.2 (Levels A & AA) and EN 301 549.
• Experience performing accessibility testing using assistive technologies such as screen readers, screen magnifiers, and keyboard navigation.
• Practical experience with accessibility testing tools such as Accessibility Insights for Web, Google Lighthouse, SiteImprove, or equivalent.

Nice to Have

• Experience with mobile device and OS compatibility testing.
• Knowledge of OpenText ALM, Octane, UFT One, Jira, ServiceNow, SoapUI, Confluence, xWiki, VBScript, and XML.
• Experience in process-oriented Quality Assurance (QA).
• Accessibility certifications such as IAAP Web Accessibility Specialist (WAS) or equivalent.

Languages

• Very good knowledge of English (C1) or French (C1).
• Knowledge of both languages with one at C1 level and the other at minimum B2 level is considered an advantage.
