We are seeking a highly skilled Data Engineer to join our team and work within a leading banking environment. In this role, you will act as the data backbone of customer analytics and marketing intelligence, enabling data-driven decision-making across customer engagement, campaign optimization, and P&L impact analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable data pipelines and ETL processes using Microsoft Azure
• Build and maintain customer analytics models for segmentation, targeting, and lifecycle management
• Develop reporting frameworks for campaign performance, customer behavior, and P&L impact analysis
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance with banking and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with CRM, marketing, and business teams to translate requirements into data solutions
• Support integration and optimization of CRM platforms such as Salesforce within the banking ecosystem
• Contribute to data governance, documentation, and best practices in a regulated environment

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure data services (e.g., Data Factory, Synapse, Databricks)
• Advanced SQL skills and strong proficiency in Python
• Experience working with CRM systems such as Salesforce
• Strong understanding of CRM/CVM concepts, customer lifecycle, and marketing analytics
• Experience building data models for business performance and financial (P&L) impact
• Familiarity with data governance, security, and regulatory requirements in banking
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to work cross-functionally
