Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Information Systems Test Specialist to support the planning, design, and execution of testing activities across a range of IT applications. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring software quality through structured testing processes, clear reporting, and close collaboration with development teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the definition and design of comprehensive test plans
• Define detailed test cases based on functional and technical specifications
• Develop test scenarios and prepare test scripts
• Coordinate and execute testing activities across different phases
• Monitor testing progress and ensure timely completion of tasks
• Document, analyze, and report test results clearly and accurately
• Support defect tracking, retesting, and validation of fixes

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of 8 years of relevant studies and/or professional experience following secondary education
• At least 5 years of professional experience in IT
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Information Systems (IS) testing

Technical Skills

• Proven knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and technologies
• Solid understanding of Information Systems concepts and environments
• Experience with test management and defect tracking tools is highly desirable

• Strong reporting and documentation skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to adapt to rapidly evolving technologies and development environments
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively
• Persistence and attention to detail, particularly in retesting and validation processes
